For too long I’ve been wanting to get on the bike. I finally bought a trainer from the boys at Cycling Express, of-course I’ve set it up in front of the TV for some Tour de France action!

    What trainer is it Justin, what are your thoughts?
    I’ve been thinking about one for awhile esp with the shitty weather.

    Hey Todd. I bought a cheap one years ago and it was so damn loud I sold it on eBay. This time around I thought I’d buy something decent and I’m VERY happy I spent the extra dosh. It’s super smooth and very quiet (I was on the phone whilst using it all night last night!).
