Framing is everything.

Girls; I’m shooting again this year and I’ll shoot you a shitload better than guys with 3 times more instagram followers than I have.

I see SO many beautiful girls with HORRIBLE photos that show off nothing but bad framing, and well, framing is everything… some of these girls have gotten to 25k+ followers in a year… that’s a HUGE following (of guys who want to marry you).

Photographers: You can’t fake framing. You might get a billion likes on a photo of an ass, or tits, but you’d be kidding yourself if you take that as taking a good shot. I need to do a podcast/tutorial on framing to share. Framing is everything! Will do ASAP.

My fave shot from today’s shoot with Luci Fang.

She’s a really pretty girl, but looks so stiff in a lot of her instagram shots

I was so keen on shooting her like how I see her, so getting her to turn her eyes on, and give me way more face than she has in previous shots was the mission… and man, we smashed it!!! Got some KILLER shots. Lighting was amazing, SO white, so blown out. Love love love!

Photoshoot with Sophie

I’ve shot with Sophie a few times. We’ve done the boho thing, the hippy/fairy thing and it turns out most photographers expect that from her (she’s a bit over it too). I wanted to do something different and Sophie suggested that she bring her burlesque outfits, perfect!

We shot in low light (rainy day). I had a hard time focusing due to the low light, but I’m really happy with the mood of some of the shots. One thing’s for sure, we killed the pixie/hippy/fairy!!!
