What a downer.

I’ve had an image deleted daily for the past week on Instagram (for going against their community guidelines). It’s their platform, their rules. I totally understand this, and just because others on the platform get away with it doesn’t make it right, but it still hurts.

Instagram is a great way for me to meet new models to shoot, so losing that network might become an issue going forwards. For now I’ll sit tight, and see if my account does get permanently disabled. If it does I’ll have to figure some stuff out!

PS: Last night I had a dream where I’d forgotten to take the bins out the night before. I woke up to the sound of the garbage truck close by (I’ve been here before IRL!). I got up quickly to take the bins out before the truck got to my house, but for some reason my bins were next door, so I jumped the fence to get them but my next door neighbour saw me in the process. Thinking that my neighbour was going to be mad about me trespassing onto their property, he pulled me aside and asked “just what gives you the right to post nude photos on Instagram?!”. I thought about explaining my work, but thought it would be useless, so I decided not to. I asked instead if he was the one reporting my posts and his wife came into the room, smirking and nodding “yes, oh yes we’ve been reporting!”.

I got pink eye. Woke up with my left eye completely shut and unable to open due to crust lol. I think my eye got too close to Abby’s bum hole during the shoot yesterday.

SO happy to be shooting with Abby again. It’s been WAY too long!!!

You assume wrongly that I had to convince my model, but that’s somewhat understandable!

Most of my clients are escorts. I’ve been working with the model in this shot for over 4 years. She’s become a great friend, a flatmate and muse too.

When we first shot together we aimed to do something different with our shots and her brand. Instead of doing the more typical dark and moody boudoir shots found on escort listings (high heels and lingerie in expensive hotels) we aimed to shoot blown out bright shots in natural sunlight with lots of big smiles to sell the “girlfriend experience” (GFE).

Over the years we’ve developed an erotic but artistic “point of view” (POV) style that captures the suggestion of being “in the moment” with your girlfriend and it’s worked really well, especially as content for Patreon and/or OnlyFans.

I’ve outright refused to shoot POV style photos with models I’ve never shot with before who have seen my work and want something similar. Ultimately there has to be a LOT of trust and respect between both parties and that takes time (multiple shoots, multiple years in some cases).

Always a little nervous to shoot with someone I’ve never shot with before as I never ever get the best shots on the first shoot, but shooting with little Thai pocket rocket Marina was a tonne of fun!
Shooting is still what I do to get paid. Selling the GT-R has really taken the pressure off but hey, if you feel like supporting me and my work, you can find all of my photo sets on my Patreon (I update it daily!).

Viv has become such an amazing model from shooting over the years. She’s always pushing body shapes. When I frame a shot I like I’ll usually let her know to keep her body as is and that I’ll now take a few more shots to make sure I have the shot, this is a cue for her to keep her body/pose as is and to now give me multiple face angles and expressions. In this one, the subtle way she’s tucking her chin behind her shoulder makes the shot IMHO!
