Ved and I covered the Festival of 86 in Canberra last weekend for Toyo Tyres Australia. I got to meet the Toyota 86’s Chief Engineer Tetsuya Tada who Toyota flew in from Japan. Was a great day out in general, no traffic, perfect weather, great food and I especially dug just being in the Caddy with Ved on a road trip!

Ved and I were invited by Toyota to get behind the wheel and fang the all new #T86RS Toyota 86 Racing Series race car at Sydney Motorsport Park’s South Circuit.

The Mighty Car Mods guys did an interview style video at a JDMST EOMM years ago and it was awesome. Ved and I have decided to do something similar at every #EOMM from now on to capture the vibes and more importantly involve the community some more. We had a go at it at last Thursday night’s EOMM and it was a lot of fun! I’m looking forward to seeing where this goes.
PS: We’re using one of my loops in the video (the one behind the interviews). Yew!

I’m on fire! Another logo design! I designed the ClubITR logo a few years ago for Felix Alim. Felix is setting up a club for S2000 owners now so he reached out and asked for help. I’ve kept it in line with what I did for the ClubITR logo, that’s using the font for the actual S2000 badge (I had to make up the “K”).
Dropped in to Heasman Steering today to hang out with Ved who was installing KW V3’s on his MK1 GTI (new goods on old cars, so kinky!). There’s alway’s some heavy metal at Heasman’s, couldn’t help but rattle off a few shots!
